Game-based, coach-led sessions building coordination, body awareness, and control in space. Nothing is loaded and nothing is rushed.
Learning objectives
- Perform fundamental locomotor skills — running, skipping, shuffling, galloping — with coordinated form.
- Demonstrate a stable squat, hinge, push, and pull pattern using body weight only.
- Land from a two-foot jump with soft knees, hips back, and balanced control.
- Identify and demonstrate basic body-awareness concepts: balance, base of support, and posture.
- Follow multi-step movement instructions and safety rules in a group setting.
- Cooperate with peers and participate positively in partner and small-group activities.
